Description

The report discusses the revenue management techniques and analyze which techniques are used by Hearthstone Suites Hotel and how effective it has been. The report analyzes its revenue management approach as well as its human resource management approach and provides recommendations for the same. The limitation of this research is that only the secondary data, which includes information from selected employees of the organization is used. The information collected is qualitative and also does not cover the entire workforce of the organization. The primary assumption being done in this research is that the secondary information provides all the facts about the organization’s situation and approaches.
