Training is the process of knowledge up gradation, bringing attitude and developing the skills to perform task effectively and efficiently in an organization. The organizational performance has been improved by the development of people as individual, member and work group of an organization (Bartel, 1994). Training is a systematic process that aims to ensure that organization should have effective and efficient employees to meet the requirements of the dynamic environment. It includes employees, skills, knowledge and attitude which are the vital requirement of individual to increase the organizational performance (Bhalla, 2006). The main objective of this report is to evaluate the training process of organization, how it affects the performance of the organization and improves the organizational effectiveness. It also analyses the training procedures of Starbucks Company.
