Description
The report aims at opening a small restaurant which will be named at Oak restaurant in the city of Oman. In order to open a restaurant a well-planned business plan for the same is required which will take into account both internal and external environmental factors. The report will also highlight detailed analysis of the industry in which the restaurant operates in so that relevant marketing and promotional communication strategies can be developed for the same. The main objective of this report is to create a basic generic idea concerning the business, its different requirements and also its objectives so that various strategies can be developed and also value to the customers can be delivered. For the preparation of a business plan, the distinct characteristics of the target market, its major strengths, opportunities and weaknesses also needs to be identified which result in the success of the new venture. As a result a well-defined and extensive demand analysis has been prepared for the purpose of the report along with identification of the possible weaknesses and threats. Based on the analysis, a suitable marketing mix is proposed for the venture which will help in brand building and popularity of the restaurant. The promotional strategy which has been developed for the venture would result in creation of demand for the new venture in the market.
