Description
The following report has aimed to throw some light on the setting up of steel unit manufacturing in China as an American steel manufacturer is aiming to put up a steel plant in China. The report has tried to find out the rules for setting up a steel manufacturing unit in China and also hinted some light on the Chinese economy, which is growing at around 9% per annum.
The report also tried to show some reasons for investing in steel in China as it was observed that China is the largest consumer of steel in the world. Some differences in negotiation cultures have also been highlighted and the preferred mode of entry has also been suggested.
