Description
Change process in an organization is a complex process which requires a very careful handling by the organizations. If this process is not handled properly by the change agents then the probability that the change may face resistance and other issues increases and even the process may fail causing damages to the organization. In this paper we are analyzing a case of an International real estate company in the UAE in order to identify the problem within the organization and build a case study by raising 4 questions related to it and conduct an analysis with a critical account.
