Organizations can achieve sustained growth if they have the ability to bring required changes in the internal systems based on the positive and negative influences of the internal and external environmental factors. Due to rapid development of technologies and increasing customer demand organizations always have to be highly responsive to changing trends in the market to be highly competitive. The factors, which influence the organizations significantly is competition, use of technologies, system and process effectiveness and human resource performance. A problem situation or an opportunity can be analysed effectively using systems approach since it enables find a holistic solution. Majan Electricity irrespective of the growing business has been facing issue of increasing dissatisfied customers as well as increase in dissatisfaction among employees. A hard system approach is used to analyse the problem situation in Majan Electricity, which enables effective analysis of the problem. Soft systems approach on the other hand involves many stakeholders and different perspectives in the problem analysis. To further analyse the elements of the organization soft system approach is used, which enabled to identify strengths and weakness of the organization. The identification of the gaps in the elements using various management frameworks enabled to arrive at an optimum solution of bringing change sin systems and processes and human resource management practices.
