Description
Being referred to in different researches in essentially all conventional fields of administration; satisfaction, leadership, turnover, entrepreneurship, performance, knowledge, relations, communications and several others, network theory are a combination of members in the system, assets accessible to them, and their actions in order to perform. Within a network economy including the fluctuating nature, it is important to consider the subjectively characterized members of the network including its ecosystem, along with it, characterization of the relations happening between the network and the system should be defined. A system being an all in all, made up of different parts, it is also at the same time, a part of a further greater whole. It is a dynamic system not being constant all the time and shifts after some time. It is isolated by its ecosystem or environment from other different systems for which the boundaries cannot be defined distinctly. The dynamic system includes a network which is comprised of a system of connections between all the components along with establishing the connection between the whole with the components. This network is the consequence of the capacity of the components to move and alter that actuate different segments whereby causing an arrangement of connections. However, the presence of network does not imply that the whole system will achieve their objectives in an ideal way, because alterations or misinterpretation are evident and common within the network which can generate unexpected outcomes (Newman, 2010 ).
However, when organizations are recognizing the increased competition in the present era across the global market, they are adapting to the advanced method of network thinking with the aim of increasing their competitive edge. But, with this attitude of adapting to the network thinking, information system, holistic intelligence, it also becomes evident that complexities are also arising within this network thinking (Cohen & Havlin, 2010 ).
