Description
This report will discuss the concept of hierarchy and its use within an organization. Though this topic is a debatable one, still without a proper hierarchy it is difficult for an organization to achieve its objectives. Hierarchy is actually concerned with the levels of the organization and the reporting structures therein. As in every organization some sort of communication always flows from top to bottom and vice-versa; thus it is imperative that organizations do need to act along with the lines of hierarchy.
