Description
Due to variations in the market force and competition every organization has to keep a check on their business processes and change them as and when required. Organizational diagnosis aims to understand the business processes and recognize the changes it needs which are essential for the development of the organization. In diagnosis the changes are stated and then maintained. Organizational diagnosis is procedure based on behavioral science theory for interacting with the systems and processes with the help of data collected about staff experiences that use the systems and processes (Alderfer, 2010). This data is again analyzed by entering all the data in the system and understanding the processes in a better manner and also look for improvements. Thus organizational diagnostics helps organizations to identify what is the existing process and what is desired this enables the organization to chalk out their strategies accordingly. The strategies planned on the basis of the diagnosis are more effective and benefit the company to a greater extent.
