Communication skills are the talent with which one is able to express his views and information to other person in most effective manner. It is the process where the information from the sender is being transferred to the receiver end. It is commonly explained as the interchange of the opinions either by speech or writings. It is very important for each individual to develop a great communication skill so that he is able to convey his thoughts more precisely to the receiver. This paper discusses four reasons why the effective communication skills are very important. It further attempts to explore how using different channels of communication might affect the way in which the message is received.
