Description
Successful organizations require inspirational leaders and effective managers to achieve sustained growth. Managers in organization play an important role in enhancing organizational and employee efficiency by engaging them effectively in the relevant tasks (Karsh & Templin, 2013). Effective managers have the capability to guide the employees working under them and provide them the right direction and empower them to carry out their tasks effectively and efficiently (Davenport & Harding, 2010). This report discusses the importance of managers to organizational success and analyzes the job and responsibilities of manager at ABC Hypermarket.
