Description
The research is titled as “managing in times of global financial crisis – a study of causes and perceived impact and solutions”.
This paper aims at studying the global financial crisis as a concept that affects every individual and organizations. It aims at understanding the causes of this economic problem and also at finding out as to what individuals and mangers perceive its impact as and also the kind of solutions that they think should be adopted in order to resolve this problem (FED, 2009).
The aim of this study is to understand the impact of the economic crisis on individuals, especially maangers and understanding of the problem at the root level. This helps formulate a deeper and authentic understanding of what the world presumes to be the impact of the global financial crisis (Ghilarducci, 1992).
This research aims at finding out if the reality is the same as what we generally believe or is it different. This helps form a deeper understanding which can be of great use in order to make contingent plans for such economic failures. It would help understand as to how the effects of a global meltdown can be subsidized and also as to how these problems can be resolved. All of this can be formulated through an evaluation study as well as an empirical study which helps analyze the data collected in the process of conducting the research (Taylor, 1993).
It becomes extremely essential to indulge in this research as it helps bring out the after effects and problems caused by the economic meltdown. It helps understand the impact on the individuals in the society and also helps understand the impact of the problem in global economies and the extent of disruption it has caused in the global economies (Tett, G. 2009).
