Description
This assignment is based on the following requirement –
Critically evaluate a HRD (training & development program) that the writer has ‘personally experienced’. (e.g. leadership program, service excellence program, sales & marketing program, mentorship etc)
Describe how and why the training program was not delivered to the writer’s expectations and did not meet the writer’s training needs. (e.g. wrong target audience, not handicapped-friendly, too boring, culturally insensitive, outdated knowledge, too draggy etc)
Analyze and suggest what the trainer could do to make the training program more effective. Justify the analysis and suggestions with 2 adult learning theories. (by 2 theorists, one of them being Jack Mezirow)
