1. Collect a 3-Day Food & Beverage diary. This should include all food and beverages as well as the times they were consumed. A template is included below for you to use. Submit this diary as part of your assessment.
2. Identify how many pieces of fruit and vegetables need to be consumed daily.
3. Reflecting on your diet diary, identify if you have met the daily requirements as per the national guidelines and discuss strategies you may be able to use to meet the guidelines. Include references to support your discussion. (Word Limit 250 words)

Locate 2 academic articles defining social or cultural determinants of health. Using these 2 articles, identify your own social or cultural determinants of health and discuss how these personal determinants impact on your ability to meet the Australian Dietary Summary Guidelines.
