Description
The healthcare sector has gone through many changes and reformations to improve the medical facilities for the common people.. The changes that the sector has gone through are challenging the practitioners to become leader in delivering the medical services to the people and move towards the approach for a safer care (Helman, 1997). Even the competition in the medical an service sector is fierce and each institutions and the practitioners needs to have proper training and development to cope with this emergent changes in the environmental structure and to beat the competition by providing better facilities to the customers.. The changes in the medical sector are basically to ensure the sustainability of the medical institutions and to survive the existing completion. This has also lead to the improvement on the medical facilities being provided to the customers (M, 2000). In recent times the customers are also much more aware of the context and demands are changing leading to the development in the medical sector at a rapid speed. Clinical leadership assures the success of the changes in the healthcare sector and it looks for participative style of leadership from all of the medical and paramedical practitioners to cope with the changing environment. Technology has majorly influenced the modernization of the healthcare sector and if the practitioners are equipped with the appropriate tools and trainings the quality of the service that is being delivered will automatically improve.
