Description

The purpose of this research paper emphasizes on finding out the impact of the relationship between the project management processes that involve the restructuring of the organization and the restructuring of the strategies and their impact on the growth of the organization. Research methodology is done on the basis of the vast experience in the research field for years and framework has been developed. The basic purpose of the project management is to carry out all the processes in the organization in a cost effective manner successfully. Therefore, the results indicated that if the project management processes such as the restructuring of the organization and the strategies are used in an economical way, it will be the factor for the growth of the firm. The variables selected for this research are project management, organization restructuring, strategies restructuring and growth of the organization. In this regard, many studies have been reviewed regarding the factors that affect the project management in the organization.
