In this 21st century’s world with innovation taking place in almost all major fields, technology, science and production process, it is essential to go with the flow and take initiatives to survive in this competitive world. Solving issues must be done by fast and smart processes which in turn require creative and innovative ideas according to the specific features of a company. This paper focused on the development and sustainability of organisational climate for successfully promoting creativity and innovation in the context of an energy harvesting company in Oman, Daleel Petroleum. By taking the assistance of existing models for assessing creativity and innovation in working environment some recommendations have been made for meeting the specific needs of the stated company.
