Description
Change is the dynamic process of any organization which helps to develop sustainable growth of the firm. In order to meet the different goals and objectives of an organization, the changes are necessary. Sometimes, in order to change the structure and operating system of the firm different challenges may be faced by the organization (Burke, 2002).
