Description
Strategy framing and implementation has to be effective for the organizations to achieve its desired objectives. Strategies enable the organization to survive in competition and sustain during uncertainties and challenges faced by the organization due to external and internal forces. The external environmental analysis enables the organization to recognize the various factors, which can act as barrier to effective functioning of the organization, which includes the legal factors, political and economic factors. The internal factors, which can influence the strategy implementation include the abilities of the human resource, availability of resources for implementing the strategies etc. The organization should constantly analyze these factors and align their strategy to tis objectives accordingly. Flydubai had an objective of becoming the most preferred low-cost carrier, which is turning out to be true since tit has gained increased market share in a very short period due to its unique approach of connecting the destinations, which did not have direct connections thus, boosting the tourism and trade processes. This enabled it to attract the business segment as well and currently it continues to attract the tourist and business segment. Flydubai has been able to effectively attract through its low cost strategy but using differentiation strategy along with it can provide the airline with increased competitive advantage.
