Description
This paper does an epidemiological evidence based study and review of researches conducted to find out the as to whether instances of low back pain are higher in nursing field as compared to other professions and also reason behind higher instances of low back pain. The paper then attempts recommend ways to mitigate the risks to nurses at workplace and also on improving nursing practice based on health promotion theory and models.
