Description
This essay discusses the ideal characteristics of a teacher. These include teaching as the consistent and effective transfer of appropriate behaviours which lead to the achievement of predetermined and specified results. Hence in order to substantiate the purpose of teaching that is the transfer of knowledge to the students properly so that after receiving teachings they can acquire expected knowledge and pre-determined results. Hence an ideal teacher is he who teaches the students how to lead their lives cleanly and controlled towards acquiring knowledge. Apart from discussing the characteristics of an ideal teacher, an attempt has been made to analyse what can be done to become an ideal teacher. The key issue has emerged from the discussion that an ideal teacher should know the correct way of teaching where the students are inspired to learn and devote themselves to study.
