Description
The main notion of the study is to provide a brief about the host country and the main International HRM issues faced by the organization. The company which is selected for doing the research study is an Australian retail company named as Woolworths. The study will help to get an insight about the nature and meaning of International HRM and what are the current issues in International HRM. Further the study will also gives some idea about when a company enters into a foreign country what are the main HR issues they have to face and on the basis which type of recommendation can be provide to the company for the betterment. To know about the different challenges and issues face by the International HRM fist it is important to know about what is the meaning International HRM. In short IHRM is the set of those activities which are mainly focused on organization the managerial human resources at global stage so as to attain the company’s target as well as to get the cutthroat benefit over the opponents at nationwide as well as at the global stage (Stahl, 2012).
