For the sale of consumer’s products, Amazon.com is renowned as the WORLD’S biggest electronic commerce retailers or the e-tailers. The company is leading as the leaders in the consumer’s goods industry with the maximum sales as compared to its other rivals through the sales (Anthony, 2006, pp. 60-78) of products on the Internet’s World Wide Web. Over the competitors, this company eating the fruits of its extent, investment benefits and its brand.
The low discount rate and an outstanding market strategy; these two parameters will help the company in the near future to gain or regain its earlier rate of profits and to recover them, though it may be in debt at present. Thus, first, we should have a look on the marketing mix adopted (Boona, 2002 , pp. 28-32)by the Amazon.com and then its cost and returns struzture followed by the comparison between the communicational requirements of the e-tailors and their working capital. Thirdly, the reasons of Amazon being in debt along with its net present value are to be evaluated and lastly but not the lastly the measures to pull the Amazon out of this indebted position are to be analyzed.
