The report is an international marketing paper which discusses an Australian organization and highlights on its business prospects and scope in Malaysian market. The organization chosen for the paper is Coles supermarkets which is currently one of the rapidly emerging food retailing stores in Australia. The report at length analyses the organization as it steps for a global business venture. The first part of the report deals with PESTLE analysis which is an overall industry analysis. The second section deals with SWOT analysis which debates on the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat pertaining to Cole expansion in Malaysia. The paper closes with the last section drawing on the recommendations which Cole should strictly adhere for a successful business venture in Malaysia. The results from analysis seems to be quite promising if they are adhered with given recommendations.
