The paper briefs about the business problem faced by Hyundai Motor Company, South Korea when the chairman, Chung Mong Koo breached the professional ethics by misusing the shareholders money. The paper further discusses the ethical problem and its impact using the normative ethical theories. The paper also discusses the actions which should have been taken based on the ethical standards. In the end recommendations are made for him to consider the various ethical perspectives and act rationally.
