Description
Bernard Burnes (2005) has clearly mentioned in his book that in any organization, managers set up different control systems which are used to increase the probability of meeting the standards and goals of the organization. Controlling means that the three areas of the management are really looked into. They are planning, organizing and leading. Bernard Burnes feels that these three factors can cover almost all areas of the operations of the organization. They are quantity produced, resources expended, and profit margins, quality of products and services, client satisfaction, timelines of deliveries or may be any other important activity carried on. When there is any deviation in any of these activities, there must have been some problems in the operations of the company.
