Description
The company has been awarded as one of the 100 best companies in terms of working culture and HR policies by the Great Places to Work Institute in 1984. In 2005 the company has taken the initiative to change its working culture to in order to make it more suitable with the changing trends in the business environment. In the recent years the change for the organization has been initiated to change the culture of the company from an orthodox, bureaucratic and slow-moving company to a modern, technology oriented and fast moving organization where fast decision are taken, aggressive and realistic sales goals are targeted.
