This report demonstrates the various problems and opportunities of an organization which is based on three different countries- China, India and Germany. The report highlights the various theories and framework of cultural dimensions such as Geert Hostede, Iceberg framework, etc. The significance of communication in multicultural teams is also discussed along with the potential communication challenges. At the end recommendation is provided on the manner in which the multicultural organization can be managed in an effective manner.
