The objective behind writing this report is to analyze the implementation of change management at Mary Mackillop Outreach. Change is the only constant thing. In the present day competitive scenario it is not possible for the organizations to work on same strategies continuously. With increasing competition in the market organization are working continuously to achieve some kind of competitive edge over others. In this case the process of change management has been discussed. This will help in understanding the problems faced by the organization while implementing change in the organization, the resistance faced and the ways to face them and improve organization position
