Description
From times immemorial, the relationship between a student and teacher has been considered very important and instrumental in the way the student finally turns up. The profound influence can be judged by the very fact that while some students have bloomed and prospered unbelievably under certain teachers, others could only lose their interest in a particular field and move on. This indicates that there is something about the methodology of teaching, the understanding and empathy the teacher shows towards the students and most importantly the conviction of a teacher in the student’s potential help shape the thought process of students and determine to a large extent how they fare in the real world.
