The proposed research study will conduct in order to how that how a company functions maintaining its internal and external business environment. The study will include evaluation of all the possible strategies in order to show the competitiveness in the targeted market. For the purpose of this we have selected Oman Air which is one of the leading airline companies in Oman. In order to conduct the internal analysis of the company will be using PESTLE and SWOT analysis of Oman air following the external analysis which will include the core strategic fields in corporal as well as its own sector.
