Description
Public policies are the means through which the government is able to maintain order and address the needs of its citizens through actions defined by the respective constitution (Perry et al., 32). The government plays an important role in implementing health policies for the public, which are mainly aimed at maintaining healthy society. Affordable Care Act (ACA) is one such act implemented by the Obama government to provide affordable health insurance and quality health care to all the citizens of the nation. But the act has led to several positive and negative impact on the public and the other key stakeholders. This paper discusses the impact of ACA on the young and healthy working population.
