The rapid development of mobile technologies and advancements in the mobile applications has provided opportunities to different industries to further enhance their services and operations including the healthcare industry. A new field called eHealth is evolved to address health priorities and provides access to various services through mobile technologies, which are known as mHealth (WHO, 2011). Across the globe, governments are considering mHealth as complementary strategy for strengthening health systems and achieving health-related Millennium Development Goals (Emery, 2017). Healthcare system in United Arab Emirates (UAE) has seen rapid advancement in their approach to providing quality healthcare to the patients. The region has been investing significantly in latest technologies not just to provide quality are but also to prevent diseases and ensure overall well-being of the people (Innovatemedtec, 2014). This report analyzes the eHealth and mHealth and Home based care programs in Dubai. The report then analyzes the health regulations of UAE.
