Being a de-centralized unit, Internet is a broad term owned by no one. However, some ISPs are considering changing this design in order to increase revenues. Hence, Net neutrality or unfettered access to internet is a big question of debate in accordance to right to freedom of speech. Where scholars advocates internet accessibility sonorously in compliance with “Net Neutrality”, consumers can save its status by adhering to ethical consideration viz. Deontological or Utilitarian approach applicability.
