Description

The chosen company for the project is Rush photography. Due to rapidly changing technology and escalating competition, the company is encountering issues related to information management. The report is an analysis of business information system and how can this be used by the organization to improve its services. The report deals with different sections on implementation of an effective business information system in the company server to enhance its performance. The first section of the paper deals with integration of hardware and software tools for effective management of business. It goes on to explain how the use of latest software and integration of hardware in computer system will increase the probability of effective information management which will help managers in taking the right decision. The second section of the paper explains the key to knowledge management strategy and how its integration will widen manager’s knowledge and bring flexibility in data management to derive optimum results. The section on security system deals with how this knowledge is managed with in the company and its network. It defines the security polices and standards to improve their profits by better customer management. Towards the end, the paper goes to explain the development of information system and designing IS strategy for effective management of information.
