The paper is based on Perodua car manufacturing company. Perodua is a Malaysian company which plans to expand its operations in China for growth prospects. The company has rolled out as one of the largest Malaysian car making company. With the evolving trends of internationalization, the company plans to expand its operations in China. As the company diversifies its network, the paper analyzes the current cultural environment of China based on demographic trends, language, culture, ethics, morality and other cultural differences in between Malaysia and China. The discussion paper is divided into different sections which review the cultural environment in China and how this environment will affect sales and revenue of Perodua Company in China. The other section of the paper, analyses Hofstede model based on five cultural dimensions. The later half of the paper highlights in cultural differences faced by company in China and Malaysia and how these differences will affect the organization. The later paragraphs describe cultural adaptability for a sound business venture in China which will smoothen the internal process and expand customer base for rapid growth.
