Projects were considered as an organized activity from several decades. Since early 1960s organizations and businesses identified benefits of organizing work around projects and understanding critical need to integrate work and communicate about the tasks across multiple professions and department (Larson & Gray, 2017). Information technology processesThis report critically evaluates project team structures and information technology (IT) processes and its evolution. The report then recommends organization of the team structure, implementation of IT process and changes needed in business process of Nokia’s process for warranty repairs fraudulent claims.
