This report is based on the following requirement -
Reflect on your own words: how are new technologies (e.g. social media, Facebook, Pinterest, Path, Instagram, Whatsapp, mobile /web solutions etc.) shaping traditional CRM?
Use frameworks learned during course and the ones you have found yourself to analyze and explain the change in CRM (referred to as Social CRM, Mobile CRM or in some cases CEM-Customer Experience Management).
