Description
The aim of the present report is to analyze the performance of China Mobile in the UK as well as China. The performance of China Mobile will be compared with their competitor's performance since 2010 till date. It has been found out in this report that China Mobile has flourished more in China due to high demand and structured management. On the other hand, there has been top competition in the UK market due to which the company has not been able to perform as well as in China. However, the cost of labour in the UK is lower than that in China which has been an opportunity in operating in the UK. On the contrary, the external business environment such as the economic and technological factors has been in favour of this company in both the countries.
