Description

This assignment is based on the following requirement –
Undertake a research of an existing system. Analyse how the information system operates, the users it involves, and the decision-making and performance-monitoring mechanisms. The Business Report should include the following components:
1. Summary of the organization/game/smart phone app, in view of its purpose, and core operations
2. Analysis of the operations of the organization/game/smart phone app using Formal System Models (FSM), Use Cases, Data Flow Diagrams, and Flow Charts. Focus only on core processes and core system users;
3. Conclusions and Suggested Improvements to the processes (based on your analyses)
