The case study involves a detailed analysis of the factors that shape up the organizational environment of Emirates, one of the world’s most reputed international airlines. Emirates Airlines is owned by the government of Dubai, which is located in United Arab Emirates (“Rulers of the new silk road”, 2010). Emirates Airlines has been operating for more than twenty years. As of now, Emirates Airlines comprise of two hundred and seventy eight aircrafts including fifty cargos. The location is one of the strong points of Emirates Airlines. Dubai is considered worldwide as a popular tourist destination a well as an important center for international business and trades (“Rulers of the new silk road”, 2010). Through this case study, the performance, current strategies and plans of Emirates Airlines have been assessed on the basis of the environmental factors.
