The purpose of this report is to analyze the various external and internal factors which can have an impact on the business of Garuda Indonesia Airlines, the national carrier of Indonesia. The report discussed the strategic analysis tools, PESTLE and Porters Five Forces model to analyze the macro environmental and industry impact on the airlines business.
