Description
Manager has important roles in determining a company success. These roles have been debated for many years and theories after theories were used and developed. The aim of this literature review is to discuss the change in role of managers in institutions from the point of view of different authors. The following essay will discuss the role of managers in the past. Then, the differences and similarities between three author’s views will be analyzed. Finally, the essay will conclude all the views and discuss the change in manager’s role today.
