The assignment is based on situation analysis of Woolworths product “Woolsmart” in Brisbane, Australia. The product is a mobile application which will be sold out at Woolworths which is the largest chain of supermarkets in Australia. Since mobile has been widely used by youngsters and many people in business, this application will ease the process and find solution to plenty of problems at hand. The company plans to launch this new product and to begin with the research, situational analysis has been conducted to determine Australian market trends.
