This report is based on the following requirement -
QUESTION
Branding strategy for consumer marketing is important for the survival of a company. Critically evaluate this with regard to BrandingTheory using either Nike or Adidas as examples in an Oman context. For media examples, only use those via the internet (web pages, video etc.) that are available and are Oman based. Use some examples to demonstrate the use of Branding theory, and do not conduct an extensive search – this is not required. You are being asked to explain Branding Strategy, as it applies in an Oman context using some examples to demonstrate your critical thinking of this topic.
It is important that you consider positive aspects, as well as problems that could arise with regard to the possible branding strategies that could be employed.
