Muscat Consulting House is the proposed management consulting company to be located in Muscat city, near Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. The company intends to provide its services primarily in market analysis, foreign trade, market research, retainer consulting, macro-economic research, productivity enhancement, strategic directions and staffing solutions. The company would also be involved in team building, leadership and communication workshops. The company aims to provide business solutions to small and medium sized businesses in order to deal with their business issues. Muscat Consulting House will conduct seminars and workshops to promote business. The company shall aim to increase its customer base through social media, business community forums and also tie-up with international business associations to achieve strategic advantage in providing end to end solutions. The company will initially be located in one of the promoter’s residential premises and as such will have less operating costs. The company wishes to leverage its lower operating costs to achieve more business volume by offering competitive prices. The company aims to create awareness of its activities in the business circles through seminars and workshops in the first year and would aim to enhance its business volume from second year onwards.
