Description
In this report, the organization that is chosen is Vale Oman Palletizing Company. Vale is the biggest producer of iron ore and pellets, raw materials essential to the manufacture of steel. This organisation is looking after conducting development in the organisation so that necessary changes can be conducted in the organization (Vale, 2019). The purpose of the study is to conduct development of the leadership approach. The aim is to analyze the areas where Vale needs to conduct development. The leaders of Vale also need to look after the capabilities of employees and they also need to develop a training program along with providing the necessary motivation.
