Description
Operations management refers to the monitoring and control of all the processes within an organization that are involved in the conversion of inputs into outputs for the consumption of the customer. The operations management has different processes, which are interconnected and support each other’s performance. Few of the processes include product and service design, supply chain management, inventory management, capacity planning, quality management and many others. The report critically analyzes the three operations management decision areas in Gulf Energy LLC, a well-known service provider to the energy industry in Oman.
