The assignment relates the significance of the different trends in relation to the manufacturing, number of competitors in terms of both national and international, employment along with that the savings and productivity of a telecom industry sector. The industry which is selected to further carry on the study is one of the biggest industries that are Telecom Industry of Australia. One of the important objectives of this study is to demonstrate the application of different concepts of economics over the telecom industry in order to show the drifts in relation to construction, number of contestant, prices, opposition from both domestic as well as from imports, service, and assets in addition to productivity over a time span of 5 to 10 years.
