Description
Santos is one of the largest oil and gas exploration companies in Australia and in the United States, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Egypt. In this paper, after briefly discussing the effect of regulatory authorities on financial reporting, we have analyzed the effect of corporate governance on Santos. The paper ends up with the presentation of brief financial structure of Santos in terms of ratio analysis.
